Aggieland | Not too far from you and we fought them bad for years. First step is any and all flower beds around the house need to be free of loose leaves and mulch. Second thing we did was quarterly pest control in the house and lastly and what I think did the trick was a thick trail of granular pesticide around the foundation of our home. I want to say it was Bifen. Thankfully in the over 50 we found in our house a year only the dog got stung.
