Had my second hip replaced.  Left at 3:00 am and drove about 65 miles in a snowstorm.  Got checked into surgery center at about 5:00 am. Got wheeled into the hip replacement room at 7:00 am.  Same doctor that replaced my left one 12 years ago.  He is GOOD.

   Got discharged at about 11:30 am and came home in the sunniest day yet I think in 2023.  Pulled into garage at about 12:45 pm.  Post operative pain hasn't kicked in yet.  Hip pain is gone. They inject a numbing solution in the muscle that works like a long lasting novacain.   Maybe tomorrow for the muscle/incision pain.
