NE SD | Wife and I are usually trying something funky on the weekends, whether cooking or baking.
Last week was monkey bread pizza. Build it just like monkey bread in a bundt pan, but with pizza ingredients. Today it was no egg cream cheese chocolate chip blondie bars.
On the weeknights it's more of a leftovers or fend for yourself thing, or I might do something simple like spaghetti or meatloaf. She's fairly tired after work all day mostly due to having MS, so we slack off during the week. | |
