NC Iowa | I have a desktop with Windows XP. For some reason, for the past 6 mos. everytime I open up My Computer, the flashlight searches for about 30-40 seconds before it shows any of the drives or files. Any ideas on why it would do this? I remember at one point installing some software for a digital camera, and it seems to have started after that. But I uninstalled the software, but maybe I am missing something....
30 seconds doesn't sound like a lot, but can be very frustrating when you are trying to get something done!
