Subject: EZ Boom Rate Problem

We are having a few issues with the rate on an EZ Boom.

Here’s the scenario:

500, EZS, EZB, MT Servo, MT Flowmeter (the 500 and ezb are doing the rate control)

The sprayer starts with a full tank doing a constant speed. If the rate is set at 10 gallons/acre the rate will fluctuate badly between 8 to 10 to 12. This will stay consistent for a few hundred galloons and once he had sprayed for a while, the rate starts to balance out and stay within 9.8 to 10 to 10.2

While the rate is jumping, the pressure is erratic and once the rate settles, the pressure settles.

Any suggestions.
