| I have a quarter of ground bordering a pasture. My grandmother owns it along with my cousin (grandmother 61%, cousin 39%), anyhow, my cousin who is part owner of the pasture refuses to do anything about the prairie dog problem, that leaves my grandmother holding the bag who is on a fixed income and cannot afford to pay for the cost of irradication by herself, nor should she. My question is now that the vermin have infested my corn field is there anything I can do? My grandmother would gladly pay her share of the poison for the dogs, it is my worthless cousin that refuses to pay for anything (fence, well, pest problems, etc) except her share of the taxes and then she gladly takes her rent check. | |
