I have a scs 440 controller for anhydrous, the ON/OFF control valve isn't working. Don't know if their is something common that happens to them and can be fixed or if I need to get a new one, Makes a clicking sound but will not turn. It isn't seized and is getting power to 1 of the 3 wires? Confused,
