Someone sent me a copy, more than a year ago, of the lawsuit complaint filed in US Distict Court in Tennessee 08/04/2008. A class action suit against Dean Foods , National Dairy Holdings, DFA, Dairy Marketing Services, Southern Marketing Agency, Inc. , MID-AM Capital and others . Suit brought by several southeastern US dairy farms as a class action for all southeastern US dairy farms.
After the plaintiff's lawyers are paid, will the class action plaintiffs see any money?
