So. IL | Anyone recently ordered/built with house plans found on the internet? Any good, reasonable places to look? My wife and I found a simple 1800 sq. ft house plan we liked, but the price was just crazy. It was almost $4k for the plans. $250 extra for a basment foundation, $250 for 2x6 exterior walls, $1200 to make the garage 26'x26'(vs21'x21'), ect. Or is this just the norm? Thanks | |
