Last year I used a potting mix from StaGreen that had fertilizer incorporated, and the results were pretty good, but this year I am having so much trouble with fungus gnats that I switched to ProMix, which doesn't have much in the line of nutrients in it.  Since I hand water with a wand, I would like something that I can either mix with the ProMix or apply once a week or so.  Any suggestions?
