West of Broken Bow | It’s not something I consume much of but sure is delicious. I remember selling some cheese products for a school function. One of the items was a crock filled with smoked cheddar spread and bacon. Oh my that was powerful!
I’m beginning to wonder if cheese is more powerful than bacon or if bacon wins out. All I know is it had been years since last visiting with some relatives. They cooked up some thick peppery bacon on some metal oven racks. It crisped up nicely. Transforms a BLT or juicy burger into a culinary masterpiece. Add some homegrown garden maters.
