I miss the old school bacon we had years ago.
But I guess we'll never see it again because it contained nitrites.
Once upon a time (it really was a fairy tale) bacon was suppose to cause heart attacks because of the saturated fat and nitrates. Turns out neither is a problem and it really was a fairy tale promoted by some wicked government witch.
Eat bacon. It is good for the soul..........and heart.
