Hay is short this year in north Alabama. I have a neighbour that has a real thick pasture. He has 20 cows on about 50 acres. He also fertilized so there is alot of grass. But cows are running on it. Would you cut it (manure and all) if it was given to you? How much would the cows leave when feeding it in the winter?
