Subject: Land Auction Results.....The rise in interest hasn't curbed land prices


Grandpa calls it God's country, NEIA		Maybe it will in a year or 2 from now. But it hasn't yet.

Tract 1 74 acres 84.1 CSR2 Good farm. Tiled Square. 14,650/acre

Tract 2 56 acres 48 tillable. This farm needed alot of work. Demolition and Tile. 81.4CSR2 10,400/acre.

Tract 3 70 acres. Good farm, Square. 77.2 CSR2 13,800/acre.

2 Tracts purchased by Farmers, 3rd Tract purchased by Retired farmer.
