Don't need UCR to haul to local elevators-unless that elevator ships that unprocessed grain out of state. Bizarre. Being in Central, IL most of our stuff goes to ADM and Tate & Lyle so they didn't see a problem and said few farmers have a UCR.

If you are hauling to a River Terminal, over state lines, or anything like that then you definitely need one.
