What are your thoughts on a C12 engine? How many miles is it good for at 420-430hp? How well would one pull 100,000lbs? Gear ratio on the truck should have it running at 1500 or so RPM on the highway. That's mainly what it would be used for and where 400+ is good and 450+ is better. These trucks have around 675,000 miles on them. Would a C13 be better or just forget about the weight savings of a small block?
