Pittsburg, Kansas | Here is another single pan dish that is carnivore, keto and low carb suitable. It is tasty enough about everyone would like it though. It could be made conventional. That would be Italian meatballs covered with conventional macaroni & cheese. What makes this carnivore is ground chicken meat is used to make the faux macaroni. Don't turn up your nose. It is quite delicious. While it is not perfectly like macaroni, the texture and taste with the cheese is a good substitute. Cheese sauce made of cream cheese, conventional cheese and heavy cream with some butter. Meatballs made of Italian sausage. Covered with panko pork rind crumbs.
