South West Minnesota | I use a free program called WebODM. For large farms it takes a pretty beefy computer. I ended buying an old workstation on ebay for $300, with an old xeon, 64gb ram, and a 2tb hdd. WebODM is kinda tricky to install the 1st time, but if you follow the directions here (https://github.com/OpenDroneMap/WebODM/) you can get it going. Each map takes a while, some of our larger farms that had 900+ images can take up to 20 hours, whereas a 120 image farm takes a couple. Below are the maps that I make, I then upload them to an app called avenza maps which make them geo-referencable so we can locate the tile lines in the field on our ipad. Makes locating tile so much easier. Also, here is a link to a video on how to set it up (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kJQegRQUhWU&t=1s), but it is not very good. If you want I can make a video on how to set it up and post it on my youtube channel!
