WC Mn/Dakotas | I would rather not have mandations, but i think reality says there won't be an aircraft of any form that wont have some sort of national identification, some sort of ability to see and avoid other craft, and maybe always on a filed flight plan (like in canada). Its been talked about in general manned aviation. Some implementing of parts, some not deemed necessary. But now with this drone craze added to the mix, i think nee/more regulation got shifted into overdrive. | |
