Skytalker, hopefully you've got this thing all figured out by now. Some of the proceeds may indeed need to be reported on schedule F. Some may also be reportable on a 4797. There's lots of info on the web (especially extension publications) about deferred reporting of livestock sales you may want to read. Hope this helps you some.
