NW Tennessee | I ate oats every morning for quite a while, but always cooked. When I eat them, I use 2% milk to cook them in with just a little water. And real oats, I don't like instant oatmeal. Now, during the week, I just have a pot of coffee and a small bowl of Honey Bunches of Oats cereal with 2% milk. I usually cook either waffles or muffins on Sunday morning. Breakfast can be my favorite meal of the day. I could eat a three or four course breakfast every morning, but I would weigh 300 lbs. if I did. | |
