A Quaker 'Muffet' ( Canadian version of Shredded Wheat, in a different shape), and a package of instant oatmeal in a bowl, softened with boiling water, then sprinkle on other cereal, slice half of a banana, add milk. Two slices of toast, juice, muffin or apple.
