As someone else said, the comment period is just the time for you to get used to the idea of what the faa is going to do anyway. If everyone had had just a little common sense this wouldn’t be a problem. Unfortunately, too many morons flying in restricted space and annoying people and officials. Also, there was that attack on President Trump awhile back in, I think, Scotland. Expect to see more of that kind of stuff.
