I watched a Youtube video on it.  Looks interesting. As long as you see the strobe you have it in line of sight so seeing the strobe during the daytime will make it a lot easier to see for long distances.  I thought it should have been a higher profile for better 360 viewing but it could get very close to props on some units. 
Surprised on the two color option domes.  I would think if you want color it would have been better to have native color generated by the LEDs and not filtered with a cap.
