To get the full benefit of the Pro camera you need to use the 10 bit H.265, which needs a serious editing computer, or you can use proxies - in other words it's not for everyone. The H.264 from it is good too mind, and you get some benefit from the larger sensor in low light.
They really improved the follow function over previous versions.
