Subject: RE: checking cattle in the cold with drone

caseihfarmer - 12/1/2018 18:26 just curious if i were to buy say a DJI model if a person could send it on its way on a cold morning (say 5 degrees) when all the hay feeders are full and there is really no reason to get in winter gear on and pickup warmed up to take a quick check to see something off on its own. just maybe another reason to own one and that circumstance would easily justify it.

I have a DJI 3 pro...and it flies fine at lower temps.

However, the camera quits after a few minutes at 20 degrees or less.

It responds to commands and will return and land...but no camera output.

If anybody can tell me why this happens, I'd be glad to remedy the problem.
