SE Iowa | So if you get a converted camera, it will be Near Infrared (NIR). NDVI is just a calculation that is run on an NIR image. So the pictures you will get will have a redish hue to the picture, and then you buy software (AgPixel, SMS, DroneDeploy, etc.) to convert that image into NDVI.
