Personally, at this point, I was surprised at how liberal the new registration requirement is.

Apparently the Feds won't be ready to actually register until 12/20/15. It will take a $5 credit card fee to register, though supposedly that fee will be immediately refunded. But, the freebie is only for the first 30 days, anyone registering after that will incur the $5 fee for the transaction.

It will be interesting to see if the Feds computer system will be able to handle the onslaught of registrations. Seems they had some problems a couple of yrs ago with Obama-care registration. Maybe the drone registration should be known as "Obama-Air"?
