| You can fix up some major damage with fiberglass.
Align all the pieces with straps and screws, rope, whatever so it is proper shape. Grind or sand down to clean solid material and apply fiberglass cloth and resin. Do this on the back side so it doesn't show. fix up the splinters and jagged edges on the good side and apply some finer grade cloth and resin. Finish up with bondo. Maybe 50 bucks for material. | |
