| We have a few 89 series Magnums that were delivered with the shift pattern that you are looking for. After about six months of changing cables and playing with the little solenoid in the console we converted them all over to the standard shift pattern.
Biggest problem was trying to explain in spanglish that the "driver" had do depress the inching pedal to shift across to reverse direction.
You could probably get everthing you need from an 89 series parts book, there is a mount welded to the console frame to carry the little solenoid I refer to.
