Subject: RE: Cummins to produce light duty/high-performance diesels

Walnut Grove MN USA
That article matches up with a rumor that I heard that Dodge is dropping the Cummins for their own diesel engine, I assume a Detroit or most likely the Mercedes, and Ford has picked up the Cummins to replace their troublesome Powerstroke. I have also heard on the radio that Daimler/chrysler has dropped the Jeep Liberty diesel and will be coming out with a diesel in a large SUV, must be the Durango or the Grand Cherokee. As an aside in my little home town we have two gas stations. My gas choices are E-10 gas or E-85. Diesel choices are B-20 or B-100. I and many local truckers are running the B-100 as it is about $.25 cheaper than B-20. We have had zero trouble at 100% but that will change when the temp drops but we should be good for at least another month or two. If you have seen those stickers on the diesel pumps warning about low sulpher diesel use in the 2007 engines, the B-100 is ultra low sulpher and is recomended for the 2007 diesel engines.
