Now that is one test, one experience, Mike. Why would one bad experience make you question the data? I ALWAYS question the data and sometimes don't find out everything I know even after I plant it myself!

I have one hybrid I like better than anything else. It is not top of any plot but usually pretty close. The first time I saw it I planted more the next year, more the next til it is over 50%. Got to find something to beat it because it is 5 years old or more now.

Personally I didn't know crap about corn until I started running plots myself. Now I know what works for me and feel comfortable with it but still a sucker for the "next big thing..."
