Coldwater, Michigan
Couple of thoughts here: How dry is the weather in your area? What is your soil type? This could be caused by dry weather on the wrong soil type. In that case a good rain might do you more good than fertilizer. If beans are not that terribly tall, broadcast "white" potash over the top. White disolves rapidly compared to 'red". Some chance of a response quickly. A liquid 3-18-18 would give you some temporary relief, but a few weeks down the road you would need more. A liquid 0-0-30 with streamer nozzles could get you some higher rates without having to worry about burn. If not, 3-4 gallons of 0-0-30 foliared with regular nozzles should be safe if you break the product up finely (mist it on in the evening). Use a surfactant with either product foliar fed. Either product should cost around $3.00 -3.50+/- per gallon.
