quick question on 1997 ford powerstroke diesel, where is the fuel filter

put a piece of rubber hose that just fits into the drain tube for the filter and it fuel won't spill all over the front of your truck. I leave it in there all the time. Make a spanner that fits in the outer grooves of the plastic spin on filter cover, weld a 1/2" bolt on the top of it so you can use a 3/4" wrench to spin it on/off. Makes this a snap.
