Subject: Re: OLD Tractors

McLeod County Minnesota
We had a ’39 Farmall and a ‘41JD that we used for light pulling jobs but frankly, I got tired of the constant fuel related problems. I hope the govt doesn’t do too much monkeying around with diesel fuel to screw up the old diesels that replaced them.

Our most reliable grain hauler is a ’53 IH R190. It just goes and goes, but we have to be so careful of the type of gas we put into it or it could have the same problems the old tractors had.
