| Use the B on a test strip on your soys. Watch for tie-up of the R-up, the negative charge on the boron acts like clay, deactivating the B. I have had some neat stuff happen by adding B to soys, and it depends on soil test and plant growing conditions. I was using a 6% boron, and putting it on at 3rd trifoliate, although I'd prefer to see it go on later, in theory. There were 4 pods on 2 of the bracts at the same place on all of the plants, all of the pods were 3 beaners and the rest of the bracts had 3 pods, 3 beans. 42 vs 40 bu/ac, but only 1 field, 1 year of data. More research needed.
