In the owners manual is the instructions on how to disable. Do not remeber all the things, but its like turn on the key, switch lights on and off, honk the horn one time, fasten the seat belt and unlock......... anyway you get the drift.
Done it on all our 250's since 2000. The four 2005's we have are also the same code.
