Washington, Kansas & Lincoln, Nebraska | And can be dangerous. Not only is hydraulic hose coupling an idiosincrecy, but it is a must. Think what would happen in a panic on a loader, or anything else for that matter,if the hoses weren't plumbed exactly the same every time.
My problems mostly happen switching from the Genesis to the MX and back again. The Genesis shuttle operates in the same position as the throttle on the MX. Almost got me in trouble one time. Started down the road with field cultivator in tow, had forgotten something, so backed in neighbors drive to turn around. Reached for the forward shuttle to avoid hitting fence and the tractor just sped up backwards. Fortunately I was quick on the foot-n-inch pedal.
Steering tilt/telescope also give problems. I reach under the wheel on the MX and stomp the floor on the Genesis. |
