Make sure they are set to run on the fastest setting. These sprockets are the ones that are under the outside oil bath pans. If you already have them on the fastest setting, and the powershaft is running at least 700 rpm, then the rolls should be really zinging. If you don't like that check out the clark machine website. They sell real knife rolls that will probably do what you want for about 3 grand. I don't know if it is worth that, but your head is old enough to have to have the gearboxes torn down and the driven gear updated to stand the extra load. Good luck..
