Subject: My 643 corn head does a lousy job

I have a cornhead that does a awful job of cutting the corn stalks. I put on new snap rollers last year and still no better. It looks as though i went through the field with a old ear corn machine. THe only time it does a halfway decent job is when I travel really slow(2-3 mph). I have the shaft turning as fast as I can. Did I not align something whenever I put the new rollers on? Any ideas before I trade it on a different one. TIA
