wish I could handle it this way folks.
My rye is for bread flour and quality drops with every shower of rain it sees. We will start harvesting at 15% when the forecast is fine and start at 19% when the forecast is bad...
The mill will accept everything below 15% and store it in a cooled/airated bin. Everything over 15% has to be dried -->€€€!

Rye will not shatter out easily but starts to sprout very easy. High air humidity will do.
