My understanding is they are selling them but production is not up to demand yet. Also often times mfg's will start out kind of slow on a new introduction to make sure the first production units are operating as desired before ramping up production to prevent massive warrantee problems with large numbers of units if some unforseen problem surfaces. Don't know if this is the case with the Outback Baseline though.
