On its head, neck, other body places? If it is the head and ears mainly, look into a yeast infection in the ears. The ear infection usually makes the dog shake its head a lot. Pedigree is good dog food. Have you tryed the lamb and rice or other mixes with less yellow corn?
What material is the dogs bedding made from? Did it change when you moved?
