Hey there is something changing about the fleas or dogs food or something. I have had dogs all my life and last year started having trouble with what I guess is fleas now. You can look and look and will finally find one but some dogs are highly allergic to fleas and they dont have to have very many to scratch. They are hard to kill now too. I have used the drops on the back from the vet and sprays too. I finally have a protein tub that I have dip in and I dip her every couple days. Using the same stuff I use on the cattle rub in it. She still scratches but not as bad. Vet finally said that the fleas seem to be getting resistant to the chemicals. I feed her Hills sensitive skin food. She is a heeler and they dont usually have much trouble with allergies.
