Use the chemical that is put in swimming pools. Found at most Home Depot or Lowe's hardware stores. Not sure if you have them in Sweden, but any large hardware store should have them. Safe for humans or animals.
Also available is an Algae Bar which you hang in your tanks. Here is a website for them.
