Subject: Implement switch on 6700 JD

I have put an implement switch on my 6700 to start and stop logging on my Ipaq using sitemate and wired the 12v wire to engage the switch into the center section of the boom. I checked with my JD dealer and he suggested to wire it this way. It worked fined for a couple of hours then the valve for the center section would not come on. I took the valve apart and checked the wires and it went back to work. After a couple hours the same thing so I diconnected the wire to the implement switch and have not had any trouble for 2 days now. I think the switch is taking to much power away from the valve. Has anyone else wired one of these switches on there 6700. I have contacted Farmworks but they are no help.
Thanks
