Subject: GPS and radar problems on 4-27

Saginaw Michigan
Anyone else out there experiencing problems yesterday?? my radar went crazy around noon yesterday. speed would read correectly then jhump around then settle at zero for 5 or ten minutes then come back. took it off and went to JD dealer to replace. they had sold 6 in the previous 2 hours. and had no more......

Part 2: my GPS logging my planting paths was all over the place(garmin 18). errors greater than 100' diff was on and off. was dropping and gaining satellites.. up to 8 down to 2, back up.... was reallly gettting pissed off. parked planter. neighbor stopped by. said he had to stop spraying because his lightbar(outback) was guiding him into the woods. also took one phone call from another guy saying his midtech lightbar hadnt had a signal for more than 5 minutes all day.

so what is going on? anyone else experiencing this? local problem?? what is the source? are the two problems related?
