Sounds like the freeplay and aggressiveness is the only big difference. I think last year I had it on about 1" and 105%, but was never really satisfied. The trials so far this year look real good. Do you have the antenna on the top of the cab, or out front on the hood? I'm thinking I might move it out front to see if it makes it easier to find the right row on the turns. Don't know what that will do to the reception.
