Can you log in to send mail from your ISP via another ISP at all, or is this an intermittent problem when you see it when you're travelling?
ie, when you say the password will not authenticate "some times" -- do you mean on some ISP's when you're travelling, it never works and at other ISP's it will, or this is a problem some times on all non-home ISP's?
