| In North Dakota (8.73 Million intended acres) especially in the Red River Valley, most operations are talking a sharp reduction in Spring Wheat. A million acre reduction in ND would not surprise me. How about the other spring wheat areas? Maybe there are no other alternatives, other than wheat.
Does Senior Citizen's current planting intentions chart, show the actual seeded soft winter wheat acres, accurately?
58.6 Million acres intent (US) might be high, may well be high.
How about World Acres Intent, has anyone a handle on those acres? Production?
Thanks
(All acreages quoted are 2009 numbers)
